Background
The Inspiron 11-3168 is a laptop designed and distributed by Dell as part of their Inspiron product line. There is also an AMD variant known as the Inspiron 1526. The laptop is the successor to the Inspiron 1526 and was released in January, 2008. This computer was available to purchase on the Dell website, where it could be customized to the user's specification. This upgrade gives higher-end configuration options at a lower starting price, but lacks features such as the HDMI port, LED indicator lights and two headphone jacks. This laptop does not have a slot for an SD card or an HDMI port, and it is a 2 in 1 laptop.
Identification
In order to find the model number, power on the computer, and after the splash screen comes up, press F2 to pull up the BIOS screen and look for the model number under the About section.
