MacBook Neo Repair

Released in March 2026, the MacBook Neo is Apple's first new MacBook model since the MacBook Air.

Featuring A-series Apple Silicon, the MacBook Neo is the Apple's new entry level laptop, with less features than the now middle-of-the-pack MacBook Air. The Neo shares many of the same features of the MacBook Air, but adds a color-matched keyboard and loses the display notch. Touch ID is also optional.

Starting at $599, the MacBook Neo is available in Silver, Citrus, Blush, and Indigo.

You can also find the model number through macOS by choosing About This Mac from the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of the screen.

The MacBook Neo features a large flat glass screen, thin black bezels, no "notch" cutout at the top of the screen, body color-matched keys, and an aluminum enclosure. There's a large matte Apple logo on the top shell.

Two USB-C ports and a headphone jack can be found on the left edge, with no ports on the right edge. There are speaker cutouts on both edges.
