Background
The Dell XPS 11 9P33 was introduced in 2013 as a compact 2-in-1 convertible ultrabook. Its standout feature was the 360-degree hinge, allowing transitions between laptop and tablet modes. It features an 11.6-inch Quad HD touchscreen and is powered by Intel's 4th generation processors. A distinctive aspect of the device is its touch-sensitive, non-mechanical keyboard. Known issues with the XPS 11 include user dissatisfaction with the keyboard, occasional overheating during extended use, and performance limitations with intensive tasks. Additionally, the 360-degree hinge can wear out over time. Dell did not issue any major recalls for this model although it released firmware updates to address some reported issues.
Identification
To identify what model of XPS 11 laptop you can press F2 at powerup to locate the bios. This should bring up the model number of your computer. Alternatively, if you look on the bottom of the laptop, you can find the Service Tag number, and if you still have the original packaging you can find the model number and name on it.
