I had an issue where the mouse is seen by the Gaming Software but it has the error “Please wake up the device.” On Windows (or if on Mac, you have to re-pair the receiver by getting a hold of a Windows computer), I had to download and run the connection utility. I ran into an error where the utility couldn't find the receiver but I came across [this thread: https://community.logitech.com/s/questio... and someone suggested to use the older connection utility version 2.00.3 (VISTA) and it recognized and paired with the mouse! You can find the older program here: https://support.logitech.com/en_us/produ... -- just change the OS to Windows Vista.
Once I went through the pairing process the mouse worked again.

Thank You so much this worked. I could not find it on their website so I searched for that version on google and found it https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/KEYBOA... I now have a mouse that works with the new receiver

I came home from vacation and my mouse was flashing and would not move the cursor. I replaced the batteries, restarted the computer, reinstalled the drivers from the support page, and still the cursor will not move, although the wheel and buttons all work.

i have multiple g602 mice. i have a receive for each. suddenly this morning one of the mice isnt responding, so i tried the g602 connection utility to see if it just needed to pair. What i’ve found is that all my mice are fine, and one of my receivers is no longer able to pair with any of the mice. any help?

I have purchased multiple Logitech G602 mice and lost one so trying to connect the 500Hz thumb drive pairing with another G602 but it is not connecting via bluetooth. Since it is the same exact product but not the thumb drive & mouse from same exact box, will the new mouse pair?
Jon Benefiel - Replica
Jon, The mouse should be able to pair to the receiver though these have a special connect utility, NOT the unifying app its specific for this mouse.

Mouse is on, and connected, but my mapped mouse buttons don’t work, because neither LGS or LGH recognize the device as connected. Keeps happening, any help appreciated.

Intermittent issue with right click. Playing a game where I need to right click to turn, usually it’s a smooth turn and easily controlled. Suddenly it’s no longer easily controlled, and is very fast (like it’s loose?). How can I set this control??

My PC kept booting my mouse because of USB selective suspend. Thanks for helping me fix the issue.

The last couple of weeks the pointer has slowed down dramatically. I’ve went to the mouse settings on the computer and put the pointer speed to max but its still too slow… When i plug in other mice the speed is fine (and this one used to be fine as well). I’ve tried changing the battery, turning it off and on, cleaning the area where the laser is under the mouse, trying different surfaces, trying to put the receiver closer.. nothing. I’ve been trying to download the update but none of the links on this site are working (say it doesn’t detect anything or else say it doesn’t work with my OS.. which is windows 10). Help!

My mouse started to blink blue a lot so I tried to stop it and it did then it worked, though, now it will not function correctly. It doesn’t turn on even though I put in new AA batteries.

if you are currently having problems with the mouse not being found by the receiver go here and download the program, then run it

This information was needlessly well hidden. Thank you, willquach. I fixed a friends computer, and accidentally left my receiver in his tower. It connected with his g403 mouse. And when I got it back. It refused to connect to my g603 mouse. I’ve been troubleshooting for about 8 hours. Extremely annoying. And all the info you find googling is shady at best. Almost got a virus because of downloading different old drivers as well. That took time to fix on top of the rest.

Thank you very much for writing this post, my Logitech G602 was not showing on the software, so after seeing your post, I applied all the tips, then I got a good result but later there was another problem. I started seeing this problem in the mouse, so I took the help of this post https://www.logitechgamingsoftware.co/lo... and guess what I got my solution.

So my Logitech g602 turns on and is fine, except it doesn’t connect to the receiver. The way you can tell that it doesn’t connect to the receiver is if you have the blue setting on, it flashes on and off, and that happens when you have the green light to. So, upon literally hours of frustration, I found a simple solution, without buying a new receiver. Okay, so turn on the mouse and take out the receiver. Lay the receiver where you can see it and take off the batteries with the mouse turned on. No, this isn’t a prank and no this won’t electrocute you. Put the same batteries back in right after you took both of them out, And it should work. Now, I realised even if I don’t remove the receiver, it loses connection once you turn the mouse off. So just use this trick whenever you turn your mouse off, and want to connect your receiver to your mouse again so you can do whatever it is you want to do. Hope I helped!

Mouse works fine… BUT, it keeps on randomly disconnecting and then re-connecting about 0.5-1 sec after… it’s never gone for more then ~2sec but it happens realy often and it’s realy annoying… (every time it reconnects the two lights light up for a short moment…) I don’t know what to do… I already have the receiver on the extension and about 20cm infront of the Mouse… so that’s not it either… I’ve tried both “performance” AND “Endurance” mode… (the switch on the top of the Mouse) didn’t change anything… help plz…

I have an issue where my mouse even with new batteries will stay on for only a few seconds. I replace the batteries, and the system indicates low batteries and the need to replace them, and the mouse as well flash the led indicator for low batteries, I already tried turning it off, removing the batteries and holding both left and right buttons for 60 seconds to “discharge any remaining energy stock”. Any thoughts?

I had an issue where the left and right click functions would swap and sometimes both would be right click and both would be left click. Previously, button presses wouldn't always register. Fixed by removing the pads under the mouse and unscrewing the bottom then cleaning off the circuit board by blowing on everything.

My G602 had the blue-green lights flashing issue years ago, and it had sat unused until today, when I was ready to throw it out. I once again searched for a fix for ages, but this time I actually managed to get it working by re-flashing its firmware. The installer is no longer available officially but it is mirrored here. It's an official installer signed by Logitech in 2014 - update 4700.0012.
