Riparazione danno da liquidi iPhone

Vai al passo 1Segui questa guida per riparare il tuo iPhone dopo un'esposizione accidentale all'acqua o altri liquidi. Il danno da liquidi tende a peggiorare col tempo, quindi è meglio provvedere il prima possibile. Detto ciò, il danno da liquido è tra i più difficili da riparare in casa, quindi se non sei sicuro, o se devi recuperare dei dati importanti sul tuo telefono, forse dovresti contattare un professionista prima di provare da te.

Questa guida è stata sviluppata per gli iPhone, ma la procedura dovrebbe essere molto simile per altri smartphone.
Oltre a dell'alcool isopropilico, ti servirà un contenitore grande a sufficienza da contenere la scheda madre del tuo iPhone.
L'alcool isopropilico è altamente infiammabile. Esegui questa procedura in una zona ben ventilata. Non fumare e non lavorare vicino a una fiamma libera durante questa procedura.

Rimuovi il tuo iPhone dal liquido il più velocemente ed in sicurezza possibile. Minimizza il tempo di contatto tra l'iPhone e il liquido per minimizzare la corrosione.

Se il tuo telefono è ancora acceso dopo averlo rimosso dal liquido, cerca di spegnerlo. Se è spento, non cercare di riaccenderlo.

Rimuovi lo schermo e la batteria, seguendo la guida alla riparazione specifica per il tuo modello di iPhone.

Controlla se degli LCI sono diventati rossi per capire se il liquido è entrato nel telefono.

Ispeziona la scheda madre e tutti i connettori in cerca di segni di corrosione, specialmente nelle zone dove gli LCI sono rossi.

Controlla anche le porte esterne (di carica, jack, della SIM,...) in cerca di segni di corrosione. Queste possono essere pulite con dell'alcool e uno spazzolino, o sostituite se non riesci a pulirle.

Se tutti gli LCI sono bianchi e non c'è segno di umidità o corrosione, lascia il telefono smontato in un luogo caldo e asciutto per qualche giorno per assicurarti che ogni potenziale liquido evapori, quindi rimonta il telefono.

Se dei LCI sono rossi, ci sono segni di corrosione o trovi del liquido, il telefono è caduto in del liquido sporco/acido/appiccicoso, o se semplicemente vuoi essere sicuro, continua a leggere la guida per una pulizia più approfondita.

Riempi un contenitore con dell'alcool isopropilico ad alta concentrazione (>90%) ed immergici la scheda madre e qualsiasi altra componente che mostra segni di corrosione, rimasugli, o altri danni da liquidi.

Lascia tutto in immersione per 5-10 minuti, o un tempo sufficiente per ammorbidire i rimasugli. Muovi leggermente anche le parti per rilasciare ogni liquido intrappolato.

Usa una spazzola morbida (come uno spazzolino o un pennellino per i dettagli)per grattare via delicatamente tutta la corrosione e residui di liquido sulla scheda madre e gli altri componenti.

Tieni la scheda madre e tutte le altre componenti coperte di alcool su un panno. È possibile che l'alcool possa danneggiare la tua superficie di lavoro.

Se necessario, ripeti i passi 8 e 9 finché non hai rimosso tutta la corrosione e tutti i residui.

Applica dell'alcool a un panno e usalo per pulire lo schermo.

Sfortunatamente, non puoi fare molto per riparare un danno da liquido nello schermo. Se il danno allo schermo è sostanziale, usa la guida per la sostituzione dello schermo specifica per il tuo telefono.

Se ci sono dei residui o dei segni di corrosione sul gruppo del case, usa il panno menzionato sopra per pulirlo.

Se non sei riuscito a rimuovere la schermatura EMI, usa dell'aria compressa o un asciugacapelli impostato su freddo per soffiare sotto la schermatura ed asciugare l'alcool intrappolato.

Quando tutti i componenti sono puliti e asciutti, reinstalla la schermatura EMI che hai rimosso e inizia a rimontare il telefono con una nuova batteria e un nuovo schermo, se necessario.

Non rimontare ancora del tutto il telefono. Assicurati che i componenti interni siano fissati con le viti e tutto sia collegato, inclusi i cavi della batteria e dello schermo, ma non incollare l'adesivo, avvitare le coperture dei connettori o chiudere lo schermo.

Accendi il telefono e controlla che non ci siano del fumo, degli strani rumori o odore di bruciato. Controlla la batteria per vedere se si gonfia.

Prova tutti i tasti e le funzionalità (come il microfono, gli speaker, le connessioni wireless, le fotocamere,...).

Segnati tutte le componenti o funzionalità che sembrano non funzionare. Se qualcosa non funziona, smonta il telefono in cerca di problemi evidenti, come una componente della scheda madre rotta o della corrosione sui contatti del cavo, o anche un errore nel rimontaggio.

Se il problema sembra derivare da una singola componente o chip sulla scheda madre, un abile tecnico nelle microsaldature potrebbe riparare il danno.

Se non riesci a trovare la fonte del problema, è possibile che i componenti sotto la schermatura EMI siano stati danneggiati. Contatta un riparatore professionista per dissaldare la schermatura e pulire la scheda in un bagno ad ultrasuoni.

If there are any more detailed results about “Do not submerge the display or camera modules, even if they are damaged. Submerging them in alcohol will likely damage them further. “ that would be interesting. What type of damage occurs on those components? Are those problems caused by the water or the isopropyl alcohol?
This might be useful for other type of repairs, e.g. LCD video projectors. It is a common problem that the prism block (with the LCD panels) will be stained with dust and nicotine (tar?). I know no official way to clean such a prism unit and replacement is far too expensive…
For this reason came up with the idea to use isopropyl and an Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner. Never realized this idea, as I did not found any hints if this really promises to be a solution.
My iPhone 7+ got wet a little I took the phone and carried it on dry land at that time you could've seen the water inside of the screen I was using the phone whiles being wet so I turned the phone off & turned it back on and apparently the water spread oh and by the way I've change my screen before so a few minutes after the screen just went black the phone was still on because I heard the notifications sound I ran it upside and my mom puts it in from of the ac lol the phone turned of completely and I've tried turning it on the next day we went to Walmart and the guy told me to put it in rice I put the phone inside of the rice and I let it sit there for 48hours I took it out and the phone still haven't came on a few days after I Carried it to a shop named you break i fix the guy opened my device and told me there is no damage only thing needs to be done is that I needs to take apart the phone and wipe down the parts with alcohol I haven't done that as yet but before I does it will that turn my phone on ?

Ok what I'm trying to say is that my phone got wet . I took it to a phone repair shop the guy opened the phone and said he doesn't see any damage . But , my phone is completely off and haven't turned on what should I do ? . He told me to wipe down inside with isopropyl alcohol will that help ?
Opening your phone and cleaning the board and connectors with a soft brush and isopropyl alcohol should help, but I can’t say for certain that it will fix your phone. It’s important to look for any corrosion and clean that off, then make sure everything is completely dry before reassembling your phone—this guide does a pretty good job of describing how to do that. Make sure you replace your battery if it got wet at all. If nothing was damaged by the water and you make sure everything inside is clean and dry, your phone should work.
My iPhone 5s was dropped into water with about 73 percentage so i removed it and case round it then cleaned it after that i soaked it with bag of rice then for a night then i discovered that if it being charged i feel some vibration on the metal surface but did not turn on i restarted it no show. so what can i do to it or can the battery be changed likely as my iPhone SE same problem but i get the battery changed then it working perfectly
Use to understand cleaning boards and the like of corrosion from a laptop. Definitely don’t wanna use rice for them either 😉
The problem with my old trusty iphone 8plus that it didn’t want to switch off after it slipped into a hot bath with Epsom salt in it. I tried hard and even tried to do it manually by keeping the start button on for a long time. The fact that its back glass was broken earlier didn’t help its water resistance (but even so it was still working out of the bath for a couple of minutes but really didn’t like my attempts to switch it off.)
Now it has a violet-black screen with a thin green line and a tingly feel when you touch a metal rim while it is in charger, but made a nice usual ‘wake up’ noise (after it was on top of a cool air dehumidifier for 3 days).
I am planning to open it up and see what is visibly damaged and might gamble on diy change of inexpensive details before buying a new phone.
I did not complete this guide on an iPhone, but I did on a Nintendo Switch! Great help. :) Luckily I already had 90% isopropyl for medical applications. lol
