Soluzione a problemi comuni dell'Xbox One Wireless Controller, modello 1914

I have received a brand new model 1914 controller from a friend. Updated its firmware and all. Connected it to my phone (android 10, via bluetooth) and it worked great for a week. Suddenly it briefly disconnected mid-game and reconnected and now all buttons, except the power and left stick, doesn't work so I tried re-pairing it. Holding down the bind button doesn't make it flash fast and pressing down the power button only makes it blink slow (as if it's trying to connect to something). I'm using a 5v 2.A USB-C adapter to power it directly as I have no plug-and-play kit yet. Tried letting it sit without power for a couple of hours and still nothing. Any ideas why?
