Device won't connect to the wifi
Wifi is disabled
First check the device settings to ensure wifi is enabled. If it isn't, enable the wifi and connect to a network.
Wifi network or router issues
If your tablet won't connect to wifi while the wifi is enabled try connecting your tablet to a different wifi network. If this works, the wifi and not your tablet was the issue. You could also try connecting a different device to the wifi to see if the problem lies with the wifi or your device. If there is a problem with the wireless router in your location, try resetting and if that fails contact your internet service provider.
Faulty Wifi antenna
If the wifi is enabled and there is no issue with the router or network you are connecting to the wifi antenna is dysfunctional. Follow this guide for a complete set of replacement instructions.
Tablet won't turn on
The tablet will not respond and whatever you do it shows no signs of turning on.
Drained battery
Plug in the tablet with the charging cord to make sure it has power, when the cord is connected securely the battery starts charging.
Faulty battery
First check to see if the battery has run out of charge by plugging the tablet into the charger. If the battery can not be charged you have a faulty battery and need to replace it. Follow this guide on how to replace the battery.
Broken display screen
If it appears that nothing is happening it is possible that the display screen is broken. If you know the battery is charged and functional, you may need to replace the display.
Tablet won’t charge
The tablet is not responding to being plugged in with the charging cable and does not charge.
Charging cord is unplugged
Check to see if the cord is securely plugged into both the outlet and the tablet. If the connection is secure the battery will charge.
Charging cord is broken
Make sure the cord is secured correctly. If the battery still does not charge try using a different cord to see if it is the cord that is not functioning and needs to be replaced.

Touch screen won’t respond
The tablet display is on but it will not respond to touch.
Device froze
The tablet touch screen may have frozen. The simplest solution is to turn your tablet off and restart it. In many cases this will solve your problem.
Touch Screen is broken
If restarting your tablet does not help your touch screen may be broken. Follow this guide to learn how to replace the tablet's touch screen.
Speakers don’t work
The external speaker won’t play sound.
Volume is off/muted
First check to make sure the volume is not muted and is turn up loud enough to hear. If the volume is muted, unmute it and increase the volume.
Sound is incompatible with application
After making sure the device isn’t muted, check to see that the application you are using is compatible with sound. If you change to a different application that supports sound and it works, the first application may not support sound.
Speaker is broken
After you make sure the device is not muted and that all tablet applications are having issues with the speaker, you have a broken speaker. Follow this replacement guide for instructions on how to put in the new speaker.
Headphone jack doesn’t work
You put headphones into the tablet with the volume turned on and there is no sound coming through the headphones.
Headphones aren’t fully plugged in
First check to make sure the connection between the headphones and the auxiliary jack is secure and tight. Push the headphones into the jack securely and you will hear sound in the headphones.
Headphones are broken
If the headphones are securely connected the the tablet and no sound is coming out, the headphones may be broken. Plug in a different pair of headphones to see if they work.

My Azpen720 hangs when calls comes in and sometimes makes a noise and only stops when I switch it off and sometimes it long to switch off during the frozen. Please assist

I can not get the tablet WIFI to turn on. The WIFI is working as I have another tablet that is working. My azpen tablet is on and as long as I do not require doing anything with the internet it works fine
