The slide might not be positioned correctly. To pull the trigger, it must be be completely cocked and pushed all the way forward. Worst case scenario, something might be lodged in the gun causing the trigger to become nonfunctional. To repair it refer to the guide on disassembling the gun to repair the trigger.

To remove the magazine there are two buttons located on each side of the gun. Use both hands to pull back both buttons at the same time, and then the magazine should simply fall out.

This problem can arise when either the main spring of the gun or its plunger is broken. To fix the main spring you can refer to the repair guide for replacing the main spring. If the plunger is broken then you might need a new gun due to the availability of parts.
