Hi Jody

Did you ever get a answer to your problem with the TOLOCO EM26 Messager?

Alan Peters -

Same with my massage gun. We have barely used it and it's shows fully charged, but doesn't work. Piece of crap.

Q G - Replica

When turned on display cycles through 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 0 full power 100% over and over. Does not start when button is pushed. Just cycles 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 0.

Had mine for six months, barely used and it is down to 20% and won't charge, have tried multiple different charges. Is it a defective battery, broken charger port or just a crappy product?

Daniel Coombes - Replica

Same charged complete. Will not power on. Does anyone have a fix? Seen literally 100 other posts different sites with same issue. Sounds to me like a recall should be in order!

Jerry Reese - Replica

We are having the exact same issue.

How do we reach the company for a fix.

It was a gift - maybe purchased at Costco - anyone else get one there?

ARG - Replica

Same issue. Was working fine and battery was low so plugged in to charge-shows 100% charged but does not come on. Power button lit but nothing happens. Any news on how to fix or replace??

Renee - Replica

I'm trying to fix for a relative. Charged up to 23.5 v but randomly will not turn on. Doesn't act like a loose connection. More like noise in the circuit.

So I found by chance that one quick On-Off-On cycle on the black power switch allowed the motor button to be touched and turned ON normally. This has to be repeated each time the EM26 is used. Otherwise its like a 1 in 10 chance of working when the motor button is touched.

Is there a solution? Mine only has lights when plugged in, but still doesn't come on. When unplugged I get no lights at all.

Fritz - Replica

If lights come ON when plugged in, but not with battery power then I would suspect a bad battery

Gary Scott -

my massage gun only charges to 60% after more than six hours

it does work

how can I get it to charge to 100%

stuart silverman - Replica

Mine is the same. I’ve used mine maybe 8-10 times. Now it doesn’t come on. When I plug it in the power comes on and lights up the right side with 99. The left display is blank. When I unplug it, the power goes off and won’t turn back on until I plug it in again. This sounds like a very common problem. The company should provide new batteries to everyone for free. It’s a defective product! If this is happening to you, I encourage you to write the company and let them know. Very disappointed in this product!

EM26 charges but won’t turn on. What are the possible scenarios on why it won’t operate . Thanks

Same issue, have only used ny toloco T11 pro 10-12x over the last two years. Now it charges and the display says "00 99". When you unplug it, nothing lights up nor will it turn on. Has anyone found a solution?

sKateBush - Replica

Me too any solutions

So after disassembly and testing the boards, I pulled the battery and tested it. It was completely dead. Took it to Midwest Wholesale battery and the tech knew right away it was for a massager as he had rebuild quite a few and then looked at the date. He mentioned that many of these sit on shelves for up to a year and that many owners do not use them enough and basically don't charge them enough. So while they appear to show full charge, the battery is completely dead. He also mentioned that it is typically cheaper to buy a replacement than for him to rebuild it. He saved me a bunch of money.

Thank you for at least a resolution!

My Toledo charges and shows a full charge. I use it and it lasts maybe one or two minutes and cuts off.

Deb - Replica

I need an address to write to the company or send this EM26 Massage Gun back to them.

Angela L - Replica

9 out of 10 times it is just a failed battery. One or two of the cells are below voltage and it tricks the massager that it is full when it is really dead. Keep in mind that these rechargable batteries have a shelf life or limited recharge cycles. Many will sit on shelves for a year or more before being sold. Most people dont use theirs enough nor keep them charged regularly so they simply die. The only real solution is to buy a new one or replace the battery. A few companies have a replacement battery available but most of the time you have to disassemble it, pull the battery and look to find an exact replacement battery. They cost about $9 to $40 depending on model and battery pack.. I picked up a battery on AliExpress for just under $40 delivered. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10050085...?
