The speaker won't play sounds or light up.

Device Is Powered Off

Try pressing the power button on the top of the device. The lights on the front will turn on when the speaker is on.

Bluetooth Is Not Connected

Make sure your speaker and device are paired. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the two. Once your device and speaker are paired make sure the volume is turned up on both. If this fails, restart the speaker and try again.

Speaker reset code: Turn on device and press and hold "volume up" and "play pause" simultaneously until power button glows.

If your device will still not connect to the speaker you may have a faulty bluetooth chip and need to replace the motherboard. See our motherboard replacement guide.
