Hover Board Will Not Turn On
Hover board will not power up.
Hover Board Isn't Charged
If the hover board will not illuminate nor function, it may not be charged. Plug the power adapter into the hover board and a 120V power socket. If the charging light illuminates, the hover board is charging. If it does not illuminate, read the other possible issues below.
Broken Power Button
Connect your hover board to its charger. Make sure that the charging light is illuminated, and wait until the battery is fully charged. After the battery is fully charged, press the power button. If the hover board does not turn on, then the power button may need to be replaced. You can replace the power button using (this guide).
Hover Board Won't Charge
Hover board will not receive charge input.
Broken Charging Port
Ensure your charging cable is properly plugged into the charging port on the hover board as well as a functioning 120V power socket . If the charge light does not illuminate on the device, it is not charging properly. Check the charging cable and the charging port for visible damage. If the charging cable is the issue, you can purchase a new one from the manufacturer. If the charging port needs to be replaced, you can replace the charging port using (this guide).

Hover board is slow, unbalanced, or inoperable.

If your hover board is still experiencing insufficient power output that is causing the ride quality to be slower than usual, then the motherboard may need to be replaced. Connect your hover board to its charger. Make sure that the charging light is illuminated, and wait until the battery is fully charged. If your hover board is still experiencing balance issues which make it difficult/impossible to ride, you may need to replace the motherboard. You can replace the motherboard by using (this guide).

How do I check circuit boards to see if one it bad? With out having knowledge of circuit y as far as values or even where to start as far as compassitors, , resisters,s transistors and so forth? Is there away to tell even if there's no apperent visual or smells out of the ordinary?

Just got the Hover-1 All Star.
Battery is fully charged. But on power up. I get a green system light and a red flashing light. Board does not function.

I bought a hover 1 all star in December and my charger indicates fully charged with a green light. However when my child gets on it one side is green the other side shows a red flashing light. We recalibrated and it did not fix the problem. Needing help took bottom off and everything is connected properly. The little black piece that covers the charging port came off is that the problem.
