Device is not connecting to the internet
Your device does not successfully connect to the main Wifi using the Eufy app.
Network is 5 GHz
The Eufy Robovac G32 Pro can only connect to a 2.4 GHz network. It will not connect to any other type of network. If you have a MacBook computer, checking the GHz of a network is simple. Just click on the wifi icon while holding the option/alt key. The GHz will be located in the section labeled “Channel”. This information cannot be found on mobile phones. This troubleshooting page on eufy's website provides more information.
Device is out of range of the router
Ensure that the Robovac G32 Pro is turned on and in range of your router. Once powered on, the device should pair with any compatible wifi signals through the Eufy Clean app.
Phone is not connected to wifi
Ensure your smartphone is connected to the correct wifi signal. Connecting the G32 Pro to the internet requires the use of a smartphone connected to wifi. Double check in the app to ensure you are connecting to the correct network and that you are using the right login information.
Device does not pick up debris
The device is moving but does not pick up dirt
Power is low
If the device’s charge is low, it will not be able to work at full power. Redirect the vacuum to the charging deck and only resume cleaning once the charge is at 100%.
Dust collector is full
If the dust collector is full of debris, the eufy vacuum will not be able to properly pick up dust. Flip the eufy on its back and locate the dust collector which is under the rolling brush. Press the blue button and carefully pull out the dust collector. Open the dust collector and empty the container as well as clean the filter. Reassemble the dust collector and reinsert it into the eufy vacuum.
Device does not return to charging deck
The device does not automatically head to the charging deck
Carpets are too large
Large carpets or carpeted rooms can cause the robovac to get stuck, preventing it from returning to the charging deck.
Charging deck is obstructed
Make sure the charging deck is on a hard, flat surface. Make sure to place the charging base against a wall in a place that is easily accessible. Remove obstacles within 3 feet (1 meter) of the left and right side and within 6 feet (2 meters) of the front of the charging deck. If the robovac is too far away from the charging deck, it might not know where it is. Make sure to place it in the same room.
The floor is too dark
The Eufy robovac in particular is a type of robot vacuum that cannot recognize dark floors. In general, very few robot vacuums can recognize dark and black floors, making it difficult for them to navigate back to the deck.
Robovac is stuck under furniture
The lowest space Eufy robovac can pass under is determined by its height. The G32 Pro is 2.85 inches tall. If furniture is very slightly above the robovac’s height, it may get stuck. Place pillows around low areas to prevent this.
The battery is drained
If the room is far from the charging deck, or there are obstacles around the base, the battery might drain. To fix this, place another charging deck in the room the robovac is in.
Device will not power on
The device will not turn on when the power button is pushed
The switch is stuck by debris
Dust may be stuck in the on-and-off switch on the robovac, preventing it from turning on. Try flipping the switch on and off a few times. Tap the bottom of the vacuum while flipping the switch to displace any debris.
Device battery has no charge
If the device battery is drained, it will not respond to any commands, even if the device has been turned on. To continue, place the Robovac on the charging dock, ensuring the metal charging connectors are making contact with the dock. Allow the device to charge for 6 hours or until the battery is full before attempting to use it again.
This page answers this troubleshooting issue specifically.
Device will not respond to boundary tape
The device will not remain in the confines of boundary tape.
G32 Pro is incompatible
Flip the device over so that the wheels are facing upwards. Locate the large white sticker in the middle of the device to identify which model of robovac you have. If your device is the Eufy Clean G32 Pro, then unfortunately it is not able to recognize boundary tape. Instead, use physical barriers to obstruct the G32 Pro's path.

How are you going to fix the g32 pro from not recognizing barrier tape? Why would it not have the ability from the factory to recognize a product you sale? Will this mean we would have to go out and buy another unit to fix the problem?

The G32 pro won't pick anything up anymore. Everything has been cleaned and emptied but it still doesn't pick up dirt. It moves around but it doesn't sound like it has full power and it's been fully charged.
