My actual laptop is a VivoBook X540MA - Intel Celereon N4000 1.10GHz with 4GB of RAM.
I checked in the task manager how many slots were used in my laptop and I found out it was already full. 4 out of 4 with 1GB modules installed each.
I was wondering if I would be able to upgrade it with this RAM:
Kingston SODIMM DDR4 8GB KIT 2400MHz CL14 HX424S14IBK2/8
VDD 1.2 V
VDDQ 1.2 V
VPP 2,5 V
VDDSPD 2.25 V - 3.6 V

I just did a little research on your laptop. Unfortunately it looks like the RAM on the whole X540 lineup is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be replaced or upgraded. The reason task manager shows you have one slot is because Windows has no way of knowing if RAM is soldered or socketed. If you need more RAM, you will need to get a different laptop, even if you got another motherboard they only ever made them with 4GB of RAM from my research.
