hi, i bought faulty ipad 4 gsm, it was not turning on and was not charging, so i heated its POWER MANAGEMENT ic and it starts up, but now problem is that it is not charging, i have replaced its charging port also, but it doesn't worked, while having closer look i observed that when it is connected its voltage regulator ic( Fairchild BCHAH/FDMC) is getting so hot and charger also gets hot.

plz see the image, the ic marked in black is getting hot.

i am thinking of changing pm ic, will it work???
