Your fall probably resulted in a damaged digitizer = broken screen. You need a replacement glass.
iFixit doesn't sell this part, but you can probably source a replacement screen on eBay or Amazon and navigate a repair pretty successfully. If you aren't confident doing the repair yourself, just take it to a local repair shop by checking on Google or Yelp for one.
