Hi Louis, I have fixed many iPhone screens and have come across a few iPhones that have had the touch issue your having. I would try the hard reset first that Sam mentioned. If that doesn't work then I would open the phone back up and check all the display assembly connections and make sure there all snug. Have you tried plunging in your earphones into another device like an iPod, mp3 player, or stereo system to see if they work? If they don't work then the problem is with your earphones and not your computer. Also I would try to connect a different set of earphones or speakers to the earphone jack on the computer to test the jack out to see if it works. If there is no sound then the problem would most likely be with your computers earphone jack. To get to Device Manager in Windows 10 to check the sound drivers, right click the Start button and click on Device Manager. Double click on sound, video and game controllers, right click on each device and click properties and make sure all the drivers are working properly.

Also make sure to remove the old thermal paste under the heat sink and processor and replace it with new thermal paste. Old thermal paste can also cause over heating issues and keep the processor from transferring heat properly to the heat sink causing the processor to overheat.

Hi, Did you disconnect the battery and make sure the phone was powered off when you replaced the display assembly? I have seen iPhone's not boot up properly or not display anything or display a white screen if the battery was still connected and the phone's power was powered on when the display assembly was connected. Could be the power button was pressed accidentally when the display was disconnected and the battery still was connected to the motherboard. I recommend making sure the phone is powered off before opening. Then disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard when you do the screen replacement? Then disconnect and reconnect the digitizer and LCD screen connecters to the motherboard and make sure they are connected tightly and reconnect the battery and power it on. Hope this helps. I would try disconnecting the battery and then disconnecting and reconnecting the display and digitizer connections to the motherboard. Then reconnect the battery again and power on the phone. Also inspect the digitizer and display cables and check to see if they have any damage and are connected properly to the motherboard. Hope this helps. What it sounds like to me is that the iPod is not charging or the battery is not holding its charge. First I would check the charger and USB sync cable on both ends and make sure the connections are in good shape and working and that the charger is charging. You can also check to make sure the charger works by trying to charge another device. Then I would check the connector the USB sync cable connects to on the iPod and make sure it is not damaged. If that doesn't working then try using a different charger and usb sync cable to charge the iPod or plug it into a computer and see if it charges.

If you need to do a Factory Mode reset on your TV you will need to power off the TV and then on your remote control press Mute 182 Power simultaneously. The TV will turn on with a secret menu and all you will have to do is press enter a few times and the TV will do a deep Factoy Mode Reset just like the TV came out of the box new! There is also a way to reset the HDMI ports in that menu as well.

I would try powering off the phone and disconnecting the LCD and digitizer from the motherboard and use a q tip with alcohol to clean the contacts on the motherboard and LCD and digitizer cable connecters. Then reconnected the connections. Also check to see if the ribbon cables have any rips and tares in them.
