I need to replace the internal microphone
Does anyone know the part # for this model's internal microphone?
Mine is failing ever other time I turn the laptop on.

For part number serial number of laptop is needed
That should help. Are you sure it is not a driver or BIOS issue?
Have you run the Lenovo Diagnostics?

I'm not entirely sure what the issue is yet. In the troubleshooting phase. It's about 2 years old. Started doing this a few months ago.

The microphones are part of the camera board assembly.
There are 3 camera boards available (different manufacturers) for a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6 82K2 (see laptop product info label for Machine Type number i.e MT82K2 or MT82MJ - Note: There were no camera board parts listed for a Ideapad Gaming 3-15ACH6 82MJ model)
They are all interchangeable with each other.
The part numbers are 5C20X02429, 5C20X02430 & 5C20X02431.
Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.
Start at p.42 of the hardware maintenance manual to view the procedure to remove and disassemble the LCD unit so as to access the camera board

FYI To find Lenovo parts for a particular laptop etc, on the link you provided, insert the model name and number in the search by product name, serial number, machine type Search box in the middle of the page and then select the appropriate machine type that pops up. Next click on the Machine Type icon and then click on Select Commodity, to find a list of all the parts and their part numbers.
The microphones were a bit harder to find as they're not listed separately (as they're on a camera board ;-), but when looking at a description of the camera boards it shows CS20 Y4 HD 2MIC (followed by the manufacturer's code i.e. AZW or CCY (manufacturer is Chicony) or BSN. I'm presuming that the code in part shows that it is a HD camera and that there are 2 microphones on the board.

I think mine has only one. I have no way of checking. Do you know the way to check??
Besides opening it up to check, try inserting the laptop's serial number (found on product info label on the bottom of the laptop) in the parts list (linked above in @aactech answer) and check what it shows for the "camera parts".
If it shows the same part number(s) then it has 2 microphones.
The hmm linked above shows to remove two microphone rubbers (see p.46-p.47) and the manual is for your model series.
Sometimes two are used (instead of just one) to help filter out background noise when in use
