SIM problem SM-G780G (s20 fe 4g)

I have a problem with call reception, data connection, and SMS, that is, everything about the SIM. Strangely, however, the SIM signal bar shows that there is coverage. I have tried doing a hard reset and reinstalling the firmware from scratch, but to no avail. The SIM works perfectly on another device, so there are no field problems, nor is airplane mode on. I will preface this with the fact that the phone suffered a heavy bump, although it has no superficial damage. Once disassembled, I checked all the antennas, which all appear to be properly connected. The only thing that jumped out at me were bulges on the motherboard cover, top right.
