Why are the spray arms not working?
Whirlpool portable dishwasher. Continuity is good on both pumps. Dishwasher fills and drains and stays powered on throughout the full cycle. I can’t hear the arms spinning around and spraying while it’s running. No dishes come clean and filters are free of obstructions. This happens even when the dishwasher is completely empty

What is the model number of the dishwasher?
Try placing the spray arms in a remembered position and check if they have moved after the dishwasher has filled and started to wash.
