Does anyone know if the battery ifixit sells for the mate 10 is also compatible with the mate 10 lite?
Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, or P20 Pro Battery
There’s no battery explicitly for the lite version. It’s so %#*@ hard to find the actual battery specifications of the phone, I just found the capacity which is higher in the above battery.

They are different batteries.
The model number shown for the Ifixit battery that you linked is HB436486ECW (printed on battery)
The model number of the battery in a Huawei Mate 10 Lite as seen in this video is HB356687ECW - see image taken from video.
They have different dimensions and capacities and I don’t know if they have the same pin out connections in the battery cable.
Mate 10 battery dimensions = 4.3mm x 64mm x 86mm, rated capacity 3900mA
Mate 10 Lite battery dimensions = 3.5mm x 66mm x 87mm, rated capacity 3240mA (actual capacity 3340mA)
