LG 39lb580v the standby light will flash 3 times and tv wont turn on, before this it had no pictures but sound. I have checked the capacitors etc and visually all seem fine.
Is it likely power board fault or main board.

@matyh72 that is usually backlight related. you need to measure the voltages from your power board to the main board as well as a the voltages on your LED connector. Let us know what those voltages are. Post some good pictures of your boards and cable sso we can see what you see. Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda

Seen that before, and it doesn't work for mine, tried it with no joy.
Are u sure?
Your problem is loss connection GPU with mainboard
For fix this problem
1.open back cover
2.separate mainbord from metall cover dont forget disconnet all wire or flat connection with main board
3.remove big heat sink from main board you have to see one processor (LG-XD ENGINE)
4.reheat it with flux for 40 seconds
Now your problem is fix
If not fix , you must reballing this processor with infrared heater
