Why is only half an image showing?

Is the image messed up on the LCD screen or within the saved picture? If the LCD is only half viewable then the LCD display is damaged. If the saved image is cut off is it on the bottom half of the image the reflex mirror is not working correctly and will need repair.

probablement le ressort coté miroir est brisé j'ai le même problème sur le mien et j'aimerais savoir comment le remettre en place merci

There are a few elements involved here. The mirror, the mirror's hinge, the foam cushion at the top (were the mirror hits). The control levers within the mirror control mechanism. And lastly, dirt or a spilled drink or dried out lubrication.
You will need to analyze what is the cause. try to engage the mirror lock up to see if the mirror goes up, you may need to carefully lift the mirror as well and if it sticks at the top carefully pull it down. Use very little pressure otherwise you can break things!
