Problem with connectivity because of logicboard

Hello

I'm having some trouble with an iPhone 3GS. It started a while back when the battery exploded(Didnt see or hear it), but the whole front of the phone fell out at the top as the bottom were attached by the two screws.

Now i have bought a new battery, a new case and a display assembly, and put the phone back together. The phone works just fine when the front assembly isn't in place(Pressed down into the frame), but when i assemble the phone as it should be with the display in the frame, every connection is lost and it just asks for iTunes(Which just tells me that the iPhone can't be activated)

I have 'located' the error, and when there is something pressing down on the logic board(The display or my finger), everything connection is lost and the phone is useless.

So is it possible to save this or is it a lost cause? I can provide you with some video or images if you want. The logicboard were also slightly bendt because of the faulty battery.

Thanks

Mikael Gade Pedersen, "The logicboard were also slightly bendt because of the faulty battery." and now you lose contact when you press on it, makes me wonder if you have some broken traces. I would suggest that you use a good microscope and check your logic board for any cracks, as well as loose components. Hope this helps, good luck.
