The Power Jack does not work

The cable connection to the computer is weak/nonexistent.

Debris in the Power Jack

Check the power jack for possible obstructions. You could blow air into the jack, or purchase a specialized cleaning device, such as compressed air.

Damaged Power Jack

Check for possible damage to the power jack on both the cable and the computer. If the damage is on the cable, you should purchase a new one. If it is on the computer, see Toshiba Satellite C50D-A Power Jack Replacement.

The CD Player is not working

The CD player isn't functioning properly. The computer doesn't register the CD, or won't play it.

CD is broken

Examine your CD to determine whether it is scratched, or broken. Try using it on a different device to see if it has a similar issue.

CD Player is broken

The computer is overheating

Your computer turns off unexpectedly, or becomes hot.

The computer will not charge

The computer will not start charging, even though it is plugged in.

Cable isn't connected

Check to make sure the cable is plugged into the correct space and that it is connected to an outside power source -- the outlet. Make sure that everything is properly plugged in.

Hi

just installed windows 10 on Toshiba c50d-a went to use my computer today and put it password just comes up with the welcome and the little circles spinning around. Can not get passed it. Does anyone know how to fix this??
