Help! Bought chip last Summer, 2023, worked for about 4 weeks, went away for 2 months, came home won’t charge on the charging bed or directing plugging into chip. Can not log onto the app to connect to Chip unless he has power to try to update. Feels like a lemon and customer service said nothing they can do 🤦‍♂️. Poor customer service, no troubleshooting help either, thanks Phil
