Same thing happened to us. Everything seems to work except the backlight on the screen. Can only see it extremely dim upon turning off or on. Otherwise, can't see anything. Tried replacing brand new screen, still won't work. Think the issue is with the board - can't find replacement anywhere :(

Can you please tell me where to buy a replacement motherboard??
