Those sounds usually mean the RAM, so it could be that, it could maybe be the logic boards, but these models are notorious for having GPU failures, which would explain the screen going bad. I would look around some on the Internet, and either try to diagnose it more yourself or take it to a local repair shop to have it diagnosed. Good luck!
Per saperne di piùI don’t think it’s the type of iPod, just how it’s formatted. From what I know you have to re-format the iPod when switching between Windows and Mac, losing your music in the process. I don’t know of any way to back up the music first. If the music is important to you, I would recommend finding the Mac you originally synced the music from.
Per saperne di piùObviously not recommended by Apple, but if you Google “big sur patcher” tons of results will come up. It is possible, however there may be some glitches and Apple probably wouldn’t support you.
Per saperne di piùYou’re trying to install OS X 10.11 “El Capitan”, but assuming you put the correct model in (15-Inch MacBook Pro from 2006), the latest version compatible with that model is Mac OS X 10.6 “Snow Leopard”. I could be mistaken, but I’m guessing the reason you’re seeing that symbol is because El Capitan isn’t compatible with that machine.
Per saperne di piùThis is a common issue with the iPhone 7 known as “Loop Disease”. The reason behind this issue is that one of the audio units disconnects (in your case the battery expansion probably disconnected it, but with iPhone 7 it’s an accident waiting to happen.) and on startup the phone tries to get in contact with all the chips. (Think computers have a Power On Self Test, this is an iPhone’s version of that.) It waits and waits for the confirmation the specific audio unit works, and never gets a confirmation. At this point it will time out, reboot, and do it all over again. You can watch this YouTube video about it by Hugh Jefferys (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bguTwD6K...) and in his case Apple replaced the phone free, you can try going into a store and see if they will do the same for you, but the actual issue is on the logic board and would be very hard to replace. If you google “Loop Disease” you will find all kinds of info and if you are experienced in that area you could attempt a repair based off...
Per saperne di piùIf you need a keyboard protector because of the infamous Butterfly keyboard switch, a physical key protector may help prevent dust, but it could still very likely break. If you mean the physical protector, it might help but it also might not. However, in terms of a warranty, Apple will replace the keyboard for free (https://support.apple.com/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-notebooks). Hope this helps!
Per saperne di piùI am pretty sure that a factory reset will do the trick. This erases the entire hard drive, and reinstalls a brand-new copy of macOS. Beware, however, this will remove all files and apps off of the disk. You might want to back up first. Use this guide: https://www.howtogeek.com/186860/how-to-reinstall-os-x-on-your-mac-wipe-your-drive-and-create-usb-installation-media/ to boot into macOS Recovery Mode, erase the disk using Disk Utility, and reinstall a copy of macOS. Here is basically what you have to do: (1) Shut down the Mac (2) Press the Power button, before you hear the chime press Command (Windows button on a PC keyboard) and R at the same time until you see the Apple logo. (3) You should see a menu that says “Mac OS Utilities”, click on “Disk Utility”, select the internal (top) hard drive, and click Erase. Continue knowing that ALL DATA ON THE DISK WILL BE ERASED. You should have a back up. (4) X out of Disk Utility, and click Reinstall MacOS. Follow the steps and click the new hard drive when asked...
Per saperne di piùI am pretty sure that the SSD in these MacBook Air’s are soldered, so you would probably need to replace the entire logic board. It says somewhere in this article: There’s Something New in the (MacBook) Air “Soldered SSD and RAM are a real bummer in a laptop at this price point.”
