Why ipad 2 touch not working

hey,my ipad 2 touchscreen not working.i did press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds and restore firmware 5 times.everything perfect.display ok.but touchscreen not working.what can be the real problem.and what should i do
