NO Power comnpletely dead
Chilicube has no power. Completely dead. Thermal cutout switch appears not to have tripped as i have tried resetting. Any ideas Thanks.

Disconnect the power to the device and use a DMM's (digital multimeter) Ohmmeter function to check if the line input fuse F1 has been blown.
Here's a composite image taken from Step.9 of the ifixit Smontaggio del ChiliCube di ChiliTechnology guide showing where the fuse is located.
If it has blown unfortunately I can't zoom in close enough on the image to read the specifications that are printed on the fuse case. You may have better luck. If you go to order a replacement get 2 or 3 as fuses generally don't fail of their own accord. If the replacement fuse also fails then the reason for this will have to be found.
