I have a Pixel 8a and the screen options are for a Pixel 8a, but I can further refine it with model number GKV4X or G8HHN, but on checking, these look to be US model numbers, and not UK - can anyone shed light on whether the 8A screen will work on a UK phone

It seems as though the same display is used for all model variants.
The ifixit UK store¹ stocks the display for the phone so you would think that it would be compatible with models sold there.
Google Pixel 8a Screen - Genuine
The Google part number for the screen shown in the part linked above i.e. G949-00767-00 is the same as is shown by this European supplier, which also shows all the model numbers where the display is used
If neither supplier suits, search online for G949-00767-00 UK for suppliers who suit you better. (examples only)
