first check your blue cable adapter connect to your graphic port, if still it doesn't work , then to my suggestion check your RAM , maybe there is dust inside the ram port or one of the ram is not working

I have checked the RAM port but found nothing.
My power supply is working but no sign of the computer is going to turn on
