Ribbon clip. How to remove and replace?

I have a missing clip on a PS3 motherboard, so I can't get the ribbon stuck in the slot. Though have another motherboard with the same clip I would like to remove and replace onto the 1st one. The one I've circled in this pic that connects the blu ray drive https://imgur.com/a/obQQht0

Are there any sort of tutorials anywhere online on how to take a clip off and how to put one on??
