i bought a new battery for it and it wouldnt charge so i bought a new battery and now this one wont charge,it says 39% phone - not charging.i know its the phone’s fault because i have tried on many chargers and two batteries and i’d like to know how i can fix it.thank you in advance.

Is the charging port damaged? Get a magnifying glass and look into the port and see if it damaged. You should also check the connections from the charging port to the board for any broken connections.
