after boot computer shut off
My device isn't Toshiba,It's Local brand. after boot computer shuts off,If I press power switch It boots again,then shuts off

Hi @iamfixer ,
Try starting Win 10 in safe mode and check if you can get to the Recovery menu area without it boot looping.
If you can, go to Troubleshooting > Advanced > Start Up Repair and follow the prompts.
DO NOT select "Reset this PC" as it will erase all your data and reinstall Windows if you select the wrong option after that. Just so you are aware of this.

What is the make and model number of the laptop?
Does it do this with the charger connected and switched on?
What OS is installed?
