Left analog stick or something else...

Ok so years ago I drop my psvita in the rain and ever since then my left analog stick been doing ghost movement where it’s moving down by itself but when I took out the analog stick to see if it would stop and it just still kept doing it so I don’t know if there’s a problem with the board or the left analog
