shift plus key not functioning

sometimes right shift +capital letter not working or shift +@ not working (click both shift then its working a short period & it go off and same procedure repeat for next need)

Hi,

let’s try basic solution:

  • Control Panel → Ease of Access
  • Click → Change how your keyboard works

* Uncheck where it says → Turn on Sticky Keys

If this doesn't work try to check the keyboard language if it’s set correctly.

  • Control Panel → Region and Language → all tabs must be set to the your country
  • Apply and try to check keyboard settigns again.
