Why is it not working
My jack won't work when I play Spotify or SoundCloud it only come s from the phone speakers

Look inside the jack. If it is dirty, clean it with a cotton swab.
If that doesn’t help, look around in the audio settings of your phone.

Do I use the cotton swab on the phone aux or the earpud jack
Use it on the headphone jack.
