How do I get water out from the touch screen
My son wore his watch accidentally in the tub . I put it in a bag of rice but it still has water in the touch screen . How do I get it dry behind the touch screen ?

Drying things out in rice is a myth. It never works. The only thing outside of removing the touch screen is to put it upside down on an air vent or blow dry it. Dont use a lot of direct heat, but sweep back and forth. Hopefully the water in it wont roll around and damage any components.

Am I able to remove the touch screen ? I have the back of the watch . If I remove the circuit board does the touch screen pop out ?
On this model, Im not 100% sure. I would maybe try letting it dry using the methods above.
Thank you so much , I dried out the watch on the floor register and it's working and all the water dried out from behind the screen .
Youre welcome.
This solution is the best. I had a fan constantly sending the air from the charger part and all the water dried out in 2 days. Thank you for the solution. You saved us! :)
I wasn’t able to get the water to dry out just from a vent or blow dryer. But this worked for me: You can warm it with a blow dryer to loosen the glue, then peel the front screen plate up, then do the same (warm and peel) to the digital screen glued to it, just enough to slide in a slip of paper or paper towel to pick up the water itself or spread it thinly so the blow dryer can dry it quickly. Press back together with glue still warm and everything should stick in place.

That way did not work for me. My way is to charge it and it will restart but to me, that is okay. You will still have all your pictures, videos and game progress. But you do need to charge it for 1 and 1/2 days so that it is fully charged and so that it will not just shut down on you.

I am trying it, and I really hope it will work. The suggestion sounds good, though.

Ok so i found a way and it works to so While many Android Wear watches and Android phones are waterproof, this isn’t always the case. The iPhone and Apple Watch are two notable examples of devices that won’t take kindly to a dunk in the bath, puddle or, worse, toilet. And, be as careful as you like, but it’s all too easy to end up with a wet phone, wet smartwatch or wet activity tracker. It doesn’t have to be an expensive mistake, however. Here are several tricks that may help you to dry out a wet phone or watch.
