What is the Cheapest option to replacing my screen?
My screen Shattered it started from the home button.

as the screen cracks etc. will expand it will eventually fail. There are no cheap options and it will need to get replaced.

I would recommend using a screen protector if you don,t want to replace the screen.

Cheap does not equal good quality. This is a premium device so make sure you’re getting good parts and a good technician.
