I would have expected that the video would be less than perfect before the sound since the video requires more information for processing than the audio. That being said, this sounds like a signal quality problem and not a problem with the TV itself.

@andersongraddy is the HD antenna connected via Coax or how? Netflix is received how? HDMI tabletop box? Network? What have you tried? Is the sound okay with all other input sources just bad with the HD antenna? Your TV is a Samsung LN46A530P1FXZA ?
