Extream Loading Freeze. Help

HEADS UP. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ON WHAT TO DO FOR HOURS. I'm completely stubbed. So it make it easy to understand why i haven't been able to fix this its story time.

The first time it happened I had my 'wave' home screen already loaded on my profile. I inserted my favorite Blu-ray movie that I've watch already this week. Nothing new. After closing the top the ps3 normally will already start to load your disk without having to select anything. When it did this the screen goes black for the slight second right before it starts to play. Well I did this and then froze there. I pressed and held the power button on my control the turn the system off after waiting for it to load for no more then 5 minutes. It didn't work. So I went up and pressed the power off button. It beeped as though it turned off but it didn't and I didn't notice till the next morning. When I noticed I tried turning it off again nothing. Unplugged it. Went to work. Came home, started it up a tried again. Same thing happened. Turned it off, after trying with button but ended up unplugging it. Then I switched out to the DVD version. Same thing. Tried selecting it instead of using auto play. Same thing. Tried a game both methods same thing. Then figured it was the disk reader I'll just connect to Wi-Fi and use Netflix. In the network settings menu the same thing happened again np matter what I tried to click. This is when I turned to the internet. But here's the f**ked up part. I've tried the get to my safe mode to reset it 4 different ways and loading the safe mode even freezes. I've tried every way I could find to get to that setting. I know I'm doing it right because it will pop up with the black screen that says to plug in you controller and press the center button. But right after that I either get a blank black screen or a waved screen asking if I want to use the HDMI cable that's connecting it to the tv. And then the black screen.

I've tried, the holding to 2 beats method, holding to 3 beats, doing the 3 beats twice method, and any combination of the 3 methods.

I can't do a hard reset if I can't get to safe mode. I don't know what else to do.
