It doesn't turn off I tried putting my password and it doesn't show nothing plz help just got it 3 days ago

Hi,
Here is a link that shows how to hard reset your tablet.
A hard reset will erase all of your downloaded apps and user data. it will restore your tablet to a factory default condition. it will be like when you first bought it.
Before you perform a hard reset, ensure that the battery is charged, do not perform a hard reset with the charger connected. Remove the external SD Card, if there is one installed.
