Android Does not start Properly

Hello,

I have my Huawei Y330 device recently OS got factory reseted. Since then soon after the phone is booted up, the following error message pops up

"user data partition cannot be used again"

Nothing happens after that, and even the factory reset does not work from this point onwards.

I think, I have messed up with the Data partition.

Any fix appreciated
