on screen keyboard cannot hide?
My duo 11 on screen keyboard won't hide itself when I slide the screen open.

You need to go to control panel and then check all settings there might be problem with your laptop settings. it will start working fine.

Go to Control Panel > Ease of Access > Ease of Access Center > Use the computer without a mouse or keyboard > Uncheck "Use On-Screen Keyboard" option > Click Ok.
On left panel Change administrative settings options > Click and check Apply all settings to the logon desktop > press Apply.
