Headphone Jack broken (phantom power) - repairable?

After (accidentally) letting someone hook my phone up to a PA system with phantom power (+48V), my headphone jack does not work anymore. Now is this fix as easy as just replacing the headphone jack or has a chip been busted too?

javatoast, you won't know until you disassemble it and take a look at it. If you got anything from the 48V inside your headphone jack, you will see the damage. Take a look at this teardown and see if you are up to it.
