I just ordered a new screen, how ever I only got the glass there is no flex cables off it for the touch assembly. Is there a way to take the old touch flex off and place it on the new glass with out damaging it. And if so how do I do it... Thanks

It will be a very long process but it is possible if old touch screen is working. You can use a heat gun to separate old broken glass from your digitizer. Not easy. You can use heat gun (or hair dryer) and a business card to separate digitizer (lot of videos on youtube. Search glass separation and LOCA). After that you need isopropyl alcohol cleaning on digitizer. After cleaning you can use LOCA glue to put glass and digitizer together. You need to do it with a good angle (without air bubbles).
But i recommend you to buy a glass digitizer assembly for $20. Since loca glue will cost you same thing I guess.
