Computer doesn't turn on

My PowerBook G4 Titanium doesn't turn on. It is plugged. The power cord does have a green light but the power bottom doesn't light at all. Any help will be appreciate it!

First try resetting the PMU and PRAM. If that doesn't do it we will try something else. Ralph
