We have to know what is burnt first before even trying to work out what caused it. Dyson doesn't provide schematics for their products.
Have you got a DMM (digital multimeter) and know how to use it? If not then without it it will be difficult to know what the cause is, e.g. it could be a faulty heating element but unless it looks faulty you won't know unless you can test it electrically with the DMM.
By the way the part number you quoted is the mainboard model or board number.
There are a few [link|https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=301316-01%2F09|suppliers] but it is no good replacing it if the reason for it being burnt is not on the board itself but was due to a problem somewhere else in the fan, as the same thing will then happen to it, therefore wasting your money.
