I have a Toshiba Satellite C55-B
The problem started a few weeks ago, but now it’s appearing more frequently.
It will automatically shut down as if I held the power button, most of the time at windows welcome screen, but sometimes it also shuts down randomly while I am playing or browsing. It’s not overheating since I have a cooling pad and I have a thermal check program.
I also tried to disassemble it and clean up the power button if that might have been the issue, but it’s still the same.
