Why my dell lattitude gets over heated?

Hi,

I want to ask you that my laptop works completely fine, but when i use my laptop for Adobe Photoshop or coral draw, it gets over heated, and fan starts running so fast, abd it decrease the performance, some times it gets extremely hot so i have to shut it down for sometime and use it again.

I have cleaned the fan, changed the thermal paste abd tried everything, but i still face the same problem.

I use cooling pad when i use my laptop. But still i have this issue. Can you tell me what to do?
